I’ve come to the realization that when I don’t feed my brain, I fall into these slumps and can’t seem to get out. The minute I start to learn something new and really challenge myself, all this changes. My attitude changes, I’m happy about life, I’m motivated to change the things I don’t like and willing to appreciate the things I can’t change.
Ladies, if we require men to tone down their primal instincts to make a relationship work, shouldn’t they be able to do the same?

I constantly fall in and out of love with all my ideas. I’m afraid to commit to them. I am extremely critical of myself but I also believe I am destined for great things. I don’t know how those two things can live together in one space. I come up with amazing idea after amazing idea and then fall out of love with them and abandon what I started.

One of my favorite roles in life is being an aunt. This is a letter to my 12 nieces and nephews and all the ones that may come later in life. This is everything I feel for them but may never get to really explain in person.
